Am I really knitting a jumper for a mug? Yes, apparently so!
You know you're tired when you wake up in the exact same position you last remember being in bed.
Up at 4.30 for a 6.45am gym session, off to work, training at 5pm, out for dinner and a game of indoor soccer (football for you English) at 9.45pm and I am ruined after getting up at 5am today....
I need a coffee IV today, can anyone sort that for me?

Oh he's not really very big, he maybe stands about 20cm tall right now, but he's only 8 weeks old, so I guess you could say he's big lol. never seen bonnie... what was the gig like?
Quofest was top-notch ( last night at Birmingham)
Opening act was Eddie and the Hot Rods - lively, fast-paced and entertaining.
Then Bonnie. Setlist ( if my memory serves me corectly):
It's A Heartache
To Love Somebody
Lost in France
The Best
Turtles Blues
Total Eclipse
Faster than the Speed of Night
Holding out for a Hero
Opening half seemed gentle compared to Eddie's Hot Rods, but really came alive with Turtle Blues and then Jimmy Boy's trilogy was outstanding. A pal of mine who wasn't Bonnie savvy thought she was losing her voice. I had to explain the raspiness was normal! She can still belt out the songs, but with such a short set she could have cut out the chit chat between EVERY song and then played an extra song, possibly Rebel Without A Clue!
Then we had the Quo. My memories of seeing them at Wembley a few years back aren't exceptional, but last night I thought they were terrific. For a band that can play the same song for 2 hrs they did a pretty damn good job.
All the classics and all the fun.
So, what's everyone up to this morning then?

So, 2012? It began with anger, disappointment and disillusionment. A stark contrast to the way it's ending, I've learnt the value of a second chance and the value of good friends (and you all know who you are). I'm having fun and learning alot.
Life was never meant to be easy, it's how you tackle it that determines how you come out the other side.

In fact, you can't even type his name without it being edited (see above  ).
He's not a registered member here (since he was banned for life) and so we, the staff, feel that it is not right to have discussion about him if he does not have the right to reply.
It only encourages the paranoia of persecution he has, and makes it look like (to an outsider looking in who only knows what they've heard from ~~~~~~~~~~) that he's right about being singled out for abuse by a fan club conspiracy.

My goal for 2013 is to commit as many random acts of kindness as I can and to pay it forward when resources allow. I believe if more were to do this, the world would be a better place.

Interesting, cos the article I read said almost the same, but with the new episodes to be aired early next year. I really hope I'm wrong, can't wait for it to be back on the box. On a related note, has anyone watched much of 'Elementary' at all? I watched the first episode, but it didn't grab my attention the way Sherlock did.

I'm feeling pretty helpless right now. My team is over in Blacktown, (I obviously am not playing this game) NSW playing a semi-final against NSW in the 50 over comp.... we're getting pumped. NSW made 4/331 in their innings....
We have to play them in the T20 Grand final next week before the BBL Semi final which is looking like being a home final thanks to our boys earning a home semi.
I hope it goes differently to what todays result looks like being!

Not sure I am entirely happy with pre-season starting March 6... For a sport we don't get paid for, we're expected to rest only 6 weeks of a year... And it's not even a true break, as we're still playing club cricket right across that time.... Even the boys have more time off than us, and they get paid to do this :/
Rant over, but not forgotten. Saving it for later on.

Been pumping iron seriously for about 2 weeks now. Starting feel the results and see them. Today I saw a ruffian about to pelt snowballs at my elderly neighbors door. I just coughed. He saw me. He scanned me up and down, the fear in his eyes. He ran. Fast and far. I just glared. He never looked back.
