It's a lyric from another artist...but it seemed fitting...

I think you're lying, and I don't want to see the good people who's going to contribute to a project be short changed by you making out to be more than what you are.

However, I'd love to be proven completely wrong.

Zina...no need to be laughable nor for people to be laughably bad (if you are I won't listen!! ) but someone just vaguely off key but trying is bearable and it's the enthusiasm and thought that counts. and as i keep saying...it's for fun no harm in that

I agree this is meant to be a bit of fun...not a boring plastic junk food style x factor competition

Boys c'mon this is meant to be something fun, not to be turned into a pi$$ing contest...if something can be done with a cd in terms of making it a reasonably large thing then great...if not can we not just record the things our own way throw them all together and see what happens from there?

No one's said people couldn't record whatever they want and no one's said that they shouldn't have fun along the way. I have serious doubts that at the end when it comes to the deadline, the tracks won't be put to a CD and they won't be hosted on a website for everyone to download and no one has come forward to offer to host them.

Like I said, I'd love to be proven completely wrong.

If there becomes an organisation problem with getting things together, I'm more than happy to put on my best organisational hat (just ask my friends, haha!) and help, do or even project manage if must be but for now I think we should just focus on getting some tunes done and recorded...when someone's done one, come back here, let us know. let us know if you want us to listen...when we have a few we'll start working out what to do with them. personally I can't see why people that want copies of it on cd can't pay for their copies themselves. there are plenty people on this forum with their own webspace who I'm sure could host the tunes for DL.

Nope. Not him. He does have a different account now, but I won't out him because he used to be a friend. He may not take our friendship very seriously anymore, and frankly neither do I, but I promised him.

Three kids 5 years and under = lots of sleep deprivation and loss of immediate memory. But yeah, I remember now, he's called Ryan. Ryan and Wacko have apparently collaborated on several things together, so take from that what you will.

Ryan isn't a total nutjob, although he does go through bouts of BS now and again.
