Meatloaf signed/framed Bat out of Hell sheet music

I have to sell a very rare (1 of only 2) signed framed sheet of the famous Bat Out Of Hell.

Measuring 57.5 x 40.5cms and presented in a polished silver effect frame. The sheet of music is surrounded by an 8cm black bevelled mount.
