HELP!!! Funky Promo... Anyone got it?

I picked up a 1998 double CD promo with in a black gatefold case the other day.

Inside are 2 cds, both single edits. The first one is 'No Matter What' and the second is 'A Kiss Is A Terrible Thing To Waste'...

Might not sound strange but I've not seen this before and also the disks are WRONG!

On the NMW disk the track actually is AKIATTTW and vice-versa.

Anyone else seen or own this?

on the no matter CD is the Kiss song!
