MEAT LOAF'S HEADLESS HALLOWE'EN
MEAT LOAF terrified neighbours when he was growing up by trick or treating at Hallowe'en, dressed like the Headless Horseman. The rocker admits he loved the ghoulish outfit, even though he couldn't see the looks on neighbours' faces, because he was buried in his father's clothes. He recalls, "As a kid, I went out on Hallowe'en as the headless horseman. That was my favourite costume. I wore my dad's clothes so I didn't have a head. "I remember I had a tie and a shirt and a jacket. My mother helped me around because I couldn't see. I was a theatrical kid." See the story here |
