Did I Say That? singles... how many different versions?

In a web I find the single in two versions, both of 2-track version and doesn't said anything else.

I though there are only 2 versions, one with 4 tracks and another with 2. Is that truth? are there more versions?

The only two versions I know of are the two track single, and the four track maxi single.

There is a promo single, but that isn't commercially available. It's for the radio stations etc.
