(He hasn't signed a US record contract yet.) Meat's new single "Did I Say That?" will be released in Germany first on Polydor Records (it is currently not known whether this is the song that features Todd Rundgren too). The single has a radio release date in Germany of 16th December and a sale release date of 20th January.

But I was just thinking about the video. Was it a big production? I hope so because this is the kind of song for a mini-movie kind of video, I think.

Do we know anything about this?

It's pure, classic Meat Loaf and an extraordinarily fabulous vocal performance from both Meat and Patti.

BTW - Richard Allinson said, when he premiered "CHSIB" on his BBC radio 2 show on Saturday night, that this was going to be a number 1 song from a number 1 album!

I heard the video was filmed inside a theater in Los Angeles .... I saw a picture of the theater, but unfortunately, I can't the name of it. It reminds me of what they used when they filmed the video for Not A Dry Eye In The House ... I wonder if it was the same type of production? Or maybe like the one they did for Is Nothing Sacred?

Dave posted this on the General Information Forum tonight :

CHSIB is on the "Listen Again" part of the Radio 2 website player - it should be there until round about next tuesday daytime. Its a Real Media stream (ver. 8 seems to be the minimum), and its the first track on the playlist. Show is "The Album Chart" by Simon Mayo.

Absolutely breathtaking...I'am totally stunned...need to hear this song in a big concert hall...October 30 in Munich is much too far away now...

After 7 years Meat is back and brings finally MUSIC back in our lives and ears!

Oh how I have missed that certain sound...
