Default johnny cash - last record

Can anyone help me? I have seen a video on VH1 with the late Johnny Cash sitting at an old joanna and singing a song, which I believe was his last release - For the life of me I cannot remember what it was called..

Any information would be gratefully received :)

The song was a cover of Nine Inch Nails' song 'Hurt'.

Cheers Rob for that information, can I buy this as a single? Or do I need to buy the album?

The song was released as a single, however I wholeheartedly recommend you purchase the album from which it was taken, "American IV: The Man Comes Around". Wonderful stuff.
