These aren't the same, but you might be interested:

Has a bonus cd with 'Life Is A Lemon and I Want My Money Back', 'Tear Me Down', 'Love You Out Loud', 'I'd Do Anything For Love (But I Wont Do That)', 'Couldn't Have Said It Better', & 'Bat Our Of Hell' on.

Has 'I Would Do Anything For Love', 'A Kiss Is A Terrible Thing To Waste' & Did I Say That', plus a fourth audio track, 'Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad', from the Meat Loaf Storytellers CD

Steen (the webmaster of http://www.NeverlandHotel.dk propably has the b-sides from the "Did I Say That" (i.e. "Did I Say That (AC edit)", "Decadent Wish" and "Lawyers, Guns & Money (live)") as well as the audio bonus track from the limited European edition ("Two Out Of Three Ain't Bad") listed under the same heading

AFAIK, there is no version with all those tracks.

CHSIB has two UK versions with a blue cover: The Limited Edition Double Disc and the album on its own with just the BOOH extra track.

CHSIB also comes in a red colour which is available in the States and in Europe as well, I believe. One of the US versions also comes with three extra tracks: I'd Do Anything For Love (Radio Edit), Rock 'N Roll Dreams Come Through and Good Girls Go To Heaven.

Probably a fair few different editions. Beware of the Bootleg ones.

Really? Are Rock N Roll Dreams and Good Girls live versions, or the album versions.
Never heard of that version...

The versions are album versions from BOOH2. To be honest, I'm not sure how "legit" the copy I have is, as the artwork is not as sharp as I think it should be, but it all looks and sounds fine, *shrugs*

Sometimes Bootlegs are very convincing.

This is the second disc in Australia's version of CHSIB. Not bad at all.
But I'd still rather have audio play any day.
