What are you talking about? It's amazingly common here for sales to be at their highest in the first week.

I'm actually shocked it made a second week.

It could've climbed, with better promotion. It isn't unheard of.

Very rare though to climb to better position, and we are talking about Mercury here, no chance of decent promotion.

I was in Liverpool during the week on a rare trip for a football match and bought a couple of copies of the single.

Unfortunately it didn't help, but at least it's still in the top 40

Bought a couple of copies - only HMV had it in. They were £2.99 - I read somewhere that others were getting them for £1.99. Just wondered why there was a difference in price?

Think it did well to get to 21 due to lack of promotion.

Also IMO, although I do like the song, I wouldn't have chosen that over some of the others on the albumn to be released as a single.

i think you are right angel it has done really well considering how much promotion there has been, i think with a bit more of a push it would of got in the top 10, but maybe not now.
