Me too infact i'm a Meat fan because of Bon Jovi or Richie Sambora anyway. Kasim playing Bass for Richie was the start of Meat for me lol.

Yeah, I found some really nice comments on a Dutch newsforum (FOK) too, and also on a Blog of a Dutch DJ.
A lot of respect for Meat, really very nice to read.

I do like Bon Jovi. also Whitesnake, but obviously my first love of music, has to be Meat's.

Now just taken the dog for a run & had bad attitude cd playing. Now back home chilling & playing Bat 2. I very tire of his music.

I think if you are a meat fan then soft rock appeals. I ve seen Whitesnake twice and they are awesome, also Status Quo whose show was more like a big party!

In my younger days I was into Iron maiden but find them too heavy now, even though my hubby likes em and I will still listen to em with him.

I would very much like to see Bon Jovi as I think Jon is gorgeous and he sings beautifully (not as gorgeous as Meat tho). Just might have to go see them on their next tour. Anyone know when this is?

I can never listen to more than one Meat Loaf album in one sitting. I feel it takes too much out of you, if you're listening to it properly of course.

I like Bon Jovi also. I was once on a concert of him. At that time I thought it was great, but after being to a Meat show...
I think noone interacts so much with the audience and shows so much fun on stage
Meat simply is the Best!

Bon Jovi have just finished their 'Bounce' tour a couple of months ago. They released an acoustic album called This Left Feels Right, which is crap, anyway they probably won't tour until 2005.

Eyeore the Badger, you make a valid point, but I have a good attention span, and can manage Meat more than once a day.

Jons very pretty but I think Richie is by far the most handsome :) I love Meat but don't actually fancy him (sorry lol ) now Randy Flowers is another matter lol.. Although I'm sure i'm far older than him John Miceli is rather cute as well in a teddy bear sort of way :) And of course theres then the lovely Mr Sulton

Yep the Bounce tour finsihed her in June, they was at Hyde Park the week before Meat did Party in the park and Christine is right (as nearly always ) This left feels right really is Crap!!

It is okay Deb, but quess what? I am going to visit my friend next weekend, and we are going to take a side trip to Pinch, West Virginia (the REAL home of Randy Flowers). I will let y'all know how that goes. Pinch is only about a half hour to an hour from me. It is such a small world. Mom can vividly remember seeing Pinch play at a local fair or something, but she was very familiar with a song or two from the CD they put out.

ROCK ON RANDY FLOWERS!!!

Cool David So Pinch is a place me being thick here. You'll have to forgive me as my geography on USA is useless lol. Next weekend when you're there, I'll be watching Mr Flowers in person lol

Ummm...place? Possibly, but not much of one. It is a small town near Charleston, WV (the capital of the state of West Virginia). It is very rural in nature, as is where I live.

I know it is not much of a website, but will give you a general "feel" for the place.

I'm also a fan of Bon Jovi, and I believe Meat and Jon are also friends. I know in a couple of interviews Meat has mentioned him and conversations they have had together.

Also, on a side point, Jon had some very similar experiences during his career to Meat, if you know what I mean.

Yep Jon and Meat are friends. My friend Kat once asked Meat something about Jon (brain cells are failing a bit now days lol, so can't remember exact details) and he said they were friends and he'd let him open for him lol. Sure Jon would love that would be cool though lol.
