Who should be the female voice?

My question: who should be the female voice on BOOH3? We know Patti Russo will be but whom do you want to hear? In the world we know lot of great female voice but who would be the best next to Meat?

My opinion- Patti is it- no other female singer should be used. Patti deserves to be the sole female on Bat3, end of story.

I love Patti Russo, I really love! But I think she isn't the best voice in the world. We know Patti and Meat are great together but I'd like to hear the best female voice with the best male voice. Patti isn't the best! For example Celine Dion or Whitney Houston or Loreena McKennitt has got more qualified and skilled voice...

What makes us so sure there will be a duet for Bat 3. Nah I'm just teasin, more than like there will be. Ya, Patti All the way. Cher did good on her part with Dead Ringer, and Ellen did great with Paradise. Meat had a new female vocal for every album. Its time to put Patti where she belongs. On what will be the best Trilogy of all time. That trilogy is called

Bat Out Of Hell

Nothing better than this trilogy, and Patti deserves to be on it. Lots of power in her voice, and that's what this new record will be, Lots of power. Did I mention, nothing will ever be better than the Bat records, I know it. imo, plus others must believe.

WHAT IS THIS LIST???

I'm sure you've only included a few of these (like Celine and Tina Turner) cause they've done Steinman songs in the past...

But this list makes no sense - notto mention crap Bt I'll leave my opinio out of it and just deal with facts. The only one that is fractionally more likely than rediculous is Bonnie Tyler.

Just cause Cher did Dead Ringer with him doe snot put Meat in the habit of singing with big name chicks with a solo career of their own. It happens very rarely, actually. And jimj Steinman was not involved in the production of Dead Ringer - and he certainly isn't likely to fly in some big name to do a Bat Three duet.

I would like to hear Patti do it... but she is not the only one I'd like to ehar do it. It is really hard to tell if she will - I am sure she will be on the album for backiong vocals and the like - but the lead duet? Maybe, maybe not. The Goff sisters didn't do Bat Two... and no chick other than Patti has ever lasted more than one album on lead female vocal...

I think a much more realistic list is:

- Patti Russo
- Elaine Caswell
- Ellen Foley (not out of the question I'd have to say)
- Bonnie Tyler

And I know you said that you think that it will be Patti and that this is just a list of people you might find interesting... but when I read your list I was dumbstruck!! Celine Dion? MARIA CAREY??? What are you thinking??

P.S I would actually prefer Elaine to do the duet over Patti - with Patti doing a lot of backing vocals with Todd and Kasim and Rory. This is assuming there'll only be one, of course.

Fine, Bono was a bad example. . .but there are better singers. Brian Wilson could sing for me anyday. . .who else, ah yes. . .David Bowie has a lovely voice. . .Meat's voice was never better than 77. Sorry, but I really do think this is the case. And if we're going on tics in a vocal, David Byrne or Morrissey even are up there. Andrea Boccelli can sing too. . . Sorry again. $0.02

I don't like too much of the list, but I voted Bonnie Tyler.

And I think Meat has an amazing voice. I seriously can't think of any better. maybe closer. I like Freddy Mercury's voice.
