I just got home from work and turned on the tv to find out that Arnold got governer of California

Was anyone else surprised or was it just me

Well in view of some of the salubrious reports written in the tabloids over here, I really do wonder how Arnie's mind works :o

Well, Maria, being a Californian--I can't tell you just HOW shocked I was to find out he had won. I not only worry about Arnie's mind, Dottie, but I get the feeling that people in my state have lost their minds entirely!! Or maybe they just have him confused with the character he plays and they figure he can terminate California out of the mess it's in!!

It's going to be an interesting 3 years, friends! I can't say I'm looking forward to it, though. Guess some folks just have to learn things the hard way, though!! Shame the rest of us have to go along with them!!

I can't really say i'm suprised he won.The guy who ran against him seemed to have less charisma than the T100 series

Well, my state (Florida) has just barely survived with Dubya's brother as our governer. Education (my field) has absolutely gone into the trash can, thanks to Jeb Bush. Believe it or not, I think we're better off with Jeb than Cali is with Arnold- a very scary thought!
