Default I don't expect to get much replies, but jus curious, lol

Well, about 6 years ago. I used to listen to the Spice Girls ( I was about 10) and I saw their not so big movie Spice World, quite sometime back. I was just wondering, because my aunt said Meat was in the movie. Is it so? Has anyone have any information on this? Was he really on it. Who Was he? Thanks

I read that someone else, Frank Bruno I think, was apparently supposed to be playing the driver and walked off in a huff .. and Meat has met the Spice Girls and was around and available so took the part .. and ad-libbed his way through :)

If you mean in the relationship sense, I fear he is quite spoken for. He is engaged to Deborah, and she seems to be a lovely lady. (And in the event that things don't work out, the line forms directly behind me ladies!) :P

Hi Pfloyd,

Welcome, it's good to see someone new here. No dis taken- I am 34 and will take any opportunity to be spoken of as young! To bring this a bit more back on topic- I just found a copy of Spice World for $3 so I will soon by checking out ML's role and posting a review.

Ouch, I was talking with a 12 year old student at my work yesterday about music and I mentioned (ok, gushed about) Meat. To which she responded "oh yeah, the bus driver in Spice World". I will definately have to expose this poor child to Meat's music so she can get a "wider" view of his career!

Don't wish to sound disagreeable but I think Spice World was the only movie I've ever fallen asleep in. Never liked the Spice Girls, groaned when they released a movie and was horrified when I heard Meat was in it.
But start on that kid's education, Vicki. Fast.

To each his own
But it's Sherrie who's in charge of the kid's education .... not me!
And you're right ... she better get working on it fast :)

Yes Meat was the bus driver and that is the only reason I bought the movie and I would dare to assume others have done the same so the Spice Girls have a lot to thank him for

You'll have to be behind all the ladies from Cardiff who have already been promised 'a kiss with tongues'
