Anyone know anything about this album on Spotify? I'm guessing it's a bootleg.

It is a bootleg. It's the Hudson Theater promo CD that was sent to radio stations to promote the Bat 2 tour with a couple of Bottom Line 1977 songs tacked on the end. I don't understand why this shit is allowed all over Spotify, Amazon, etc.
