Dead Ringer on Spotify

Super quick one but does anyone happen to know the reason for Dead Ringer not being on Spotify? Seems that all of Meat Loafs albums are up on there (Aside from Live Around the World) but Dead Ringer isn't. Just strikes me as being a little bit odd.

I do have the album itself (My copy of it is at my parents unfortunately), but I tend to use Spotify for listening to music conveniently whilst working, commuting or just being out and about. Still very much a fan of buying albums, but use streaming for the convenience.

I can only assume it's some sort of rights thing but I've never really heard of any sort of weird legal stuff with Dead Ringer?
