Default Meat's watch

Bit of an odd one here, but I'm sure this is the right place for such trivia. Over the past couple of decades, I've (mostly) seen Meat wearing the same wristwatch, which appears to me to be a Cartier Tank. Anyone know if I'm right?

I've always thought it was probably Cartier .. it's elegant and certainly vintage He's worn it for years, not being one to keep buying stuff just because he can. I remember how distressed he was when he once (temporarily) lost his gold bracelet .. he'd had it for 20 years.

One of the least materially acquisitive wealthy people I know

Similarly on cars Meat never seems to be too excessive. If memory serves me right he tends to go for a Mercedes saloon. Nice to most of us but hardly a £200k supercar.

He's not .. and has just one at a time, not a garage full. I remember an on-line chat many years ago when he was asked what cars he had .. and he went through his trading history, turning one in to get the next

Really nice to see somebody being happy with a modest amount of good quality things. An admirable attitude.
