There's a few more here, too:

Is it weird that there's a small number that apparently aren't trademarked? Everything is Permitted and the Future aren't there, and neither is Braver Than We Are, Speaking in Tongues, Body, Still the Children and all the more 'recent' stuff.

Falls Road Pilot

All of the German titles are from Tanz der Vampire, and a lot of the English ones as well (look through this page to see the ).

Then there are some from musicals (Bolero, Chink a Chang, City Night, Come In the Night, Who Needs the Young, Souvenirs), selections from A Small Circle of Friends, some lesser-known songs (Train of Love, Happy Ending, Delta House, Hulk Hogan's Theme, "The Hard One" by the Beta Band, which samples Total Eclipse).

That leaves the following which I've never heard (of):
1. ALIVE AND KICKING
5. BACK TO ME
31. FALLS ROAD PILOT
72. JUST FOLLOWING ORDERS
113. TEENAGE GOTHIC -> On some bootlegs Paradise is subtitled "Teenage Gothic"
130. YOU WEAR IT WELL -> supposedly written in 1999

Also, if you start prodding the data at the US Copyright Office site, some more will turn up.

I'm surprised that you're surprised. For all we know Jim never finished those songs. Perhaps a few snippets is all that exists?

CHROME HEART was supposed to be for KISS.
You may be right but I would have thought that with the BAT musical still a *going* concern that some of those songs would be destined for that venture.
