Help with Tacky Meat Picture

I saw this item on a trip to Blackpool the other week and couldn't resist.

The pictures are really bad copies but what I'm wondering where is the picture on the bottom right pick is from. I don't recognise it?

You're welcome.

Never bought it myself either but have heard the songs. It's not really what I consider a proper Meat Loaf album I guess, same as Ted Nugent's "Free for All" album really even though his vocals are pretty good on there.
