Default SIX DAYS OF HANDBASKET #3: A Man and A Woman

Thought this little activity could help us countdown to handbasket in a fun way!
Once a day, last thread will be posted on Saturday, ill be posting a thread dealing with a "panned" song (IE: a song that is panned by the majority and loved by a minority)

What you must do is listen to it and find something you LIKE about it. Anything at all.

Now for A Man and A Woman:

After Masculine, Execution Day, and Burning Down this, at least for me, is the fifth Best tune on BBIS. I love the record as a whole, sans Special girl.

this tune has a great Beat and I love the lyrics. Has a tropical theme which i find utterly unique.

Honestly don't know if I've ever managed to listen to this song through to the end. It's the most boring, repetitive and outright lifeless song I've ever heard.

I like the fact that it's an utterly unique song in Meat Loaf's collection, and that no song he has recorded since has sounded quite like it ;P

It is shockingly bad. I'm really not getting into the spirit of these threads!

Might have worked better if it was A Woman And A Woman.

The positives I thought of are that it's kinda funny like a spoof and short.
