Default Meat Loaf article on use of computers in Daily Mirror

I can't recollect anyone else mentioning this article which appeared in last Friday's Daily Mirror here in the UK though there is so much activity on these boards these days one can never be sure

Anyway the article can be read on line here:

great article, thanks for sharing. I don't think anyone here was aware of it. I like the part where it reads:

"I don't have an official website right now, but we're creating one at www.meatloaf.net, which we're planning to launch soon.

So far I have been involved with one of the UK fan sites, because I find out a lot of information about what's going on in all the countries.

When we launch the official site, I'll go on every day and update, tell them what we're doing on the tour, what happened yesterday..."

Very cool article Puritan, thanks! So ML is a Mac Man.....I may have to reconsider my feelings about Mac. (I may have announced at work last year "Mac is the devil!" when faced with troubleshooting a mess.) That's all I have at work, between that and ML's fondness for them I may someday accept them!

Thanks for posting the article Puritan. I would never have guessed that Meat was into computers. You learn something everyday, don't you?

Default Cool

Great article, thanks for posting it here.

I'm guessing Meat will stick mainly to his new site when it's up and running. I check every day to see whether it's up. I hope there's a forum there. He'll be able to feel secure in the knowledge that the information on it is accurate, and if it isn't, he can have it changed (of course, I guess the moderators here would change something if Meat asked them to).

I use both a Mac and a PC. The Macs I use at the university where I work. I especially love those flat screen Imacs. At home I use a PC, but it's over 5 years old. I use the internet for reading news, email, chatting, communicating with people via forums like this one, and general net surfing.
