SO...if you could invite anyone to a dinner party, living or dead, who'd you invite??? Also who would you make wash up???? I think i'd invite : Meat - for obvious reasons, Elvis Presley - to keep hubbs happy, Stephen King - i'd love to know what goes on in his mind, Sigmund Freud - to get his take on all of this, Susan Sarandon - cos i think she's wayyyyy cute For the washing up i'd get in David Sneddon and the Cheeky Girls... Well, since I am not invited to Tims do I would ahve to hold my own:
Meat and Patti - Obviously Bill Bryson - To add some witty conversation and humour Stephen King - To see how he comes up with his ideas Terry Pratchett - As above Nell McAndrew - To add a spot of glamour Delia Smith (or hannibal lecter) - To do the cooking Anne Robinson - to see if she really is that nasty. (Oh and Heat, Drop the Nosey and you've got it right!! |

i think that id have to choose:
Meat, Patti and Jim - it would be rude not not!! Marilyn Monroe - to see how beautiful she really was Elvis - to add a little less conversation Matt Le Tissier - ex football player Doc Brown (Christopher Lloyd from back to the future) - not sure why tho, just a laugh! Jennifer Lopez - hey, why not?? Bill Gates - just so that he can sort my crappy computer out as a thanks for dinner! Kelly Brooke - WOW! and to do the washing up it would have to be Jamie Oliver. id prob make him dry up and put away as well!! |

My dinner list:
ML James Taylor Paul Simon Harlan Ellison (my fave writer, has anyone here heard of him?) John Irving Stephen King Douglas Adams (also a HH guide fan, I have to admit) John Cleese James Dean (I've been to his hometown and gravesite several times- a very interesting guy) Clean up.... maybe some folks who are nice to look at but not so stimulating in the conversation- how about George Clooney Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson One problem with my dinner guests- with so many strong personalities, how will we ever have a focussed conversation? I'd like to give it a try anyway! Sherrie |
