Meat Loaf & Axl Rose: Herod's Song

As some of you might know, the song that's been floating around for years on the internet as "Meat Loaf and Axl Rose - Herod's Song" (or Guns N Roses feat. Meatloaf or whatever) (no link, just Google it if you must hear it) clearly isn't what it claims to be. It isn't Axl Rose singing, and it sure ain't Meat Loaf.

Does anyone here happen to know what version of Jesus Christ Superstar this version is taken from?

The songs seem to be taken from one of those knock of "The Music of" compilations, where sound-alike recordings are made. Link.
