I think that's same show as the Agora Ballroom (Cleveland, Ohio) bootleg, seen that MTYD (probably sung by Jim) is on it.
Saw it once in a record store in Barcelona, but I'm not paying €50 for a bootleg. |

It is the Agora Ballroom show, and MTYD is sung by Meat.
