I just uploaded a popcorn blizzard song on youtube and some user asked me about it. I said I thought I had the vinyl but It turns out it isn't what I thought it was, I was thinking of the Mowtown gold collection with Jimmy Bell.

According to 'To Hell and Back', he recorded three songs (including Deep River Blues and an original song) sometime in the late sixties, before the Popcorn Blizzard tracks.

AFAIK, they are completely unavailable.
