Pic with link on myspace

It's the myspace retard needing help again

Does anyone know what code I need to post a picture with a link on myspace?

I take it this for a link with an external image (ie hosted somewhere else) and you are placing this in the updateable html areas?

Something like this:
<a href="http://www.somelink.com" target="_blank"><img src="http://www.somedomain.com/someimage.jpg" width="100" height="100" border="0" /></a>

target attribute is optional as it would make it open a new browser, if you don't want that just leave it out. Width and height for the sizes of the image which helps to make your page load a bit nicer.

Is it the same for profiles as posting a comment? not that I know what either is

Should really be, but some areas don't allow for HTML unfortunately in MySpace.
Can't see why it wouldn't work as long as the image exists, that should come up. Even if the domain does not exist it should still try to go to that page.

If you want to pm me the code I can perhaps see what's wrong.

if you want to post just a picture try this:

<img src="http:://www.PICADRESS.com/PIC.jpg">

if you want the pic to link somewhere youll have to embed it between two link tags:

<a href="http://www.LINK.com"><img src="http://www.PICADRESS.com/PIC.jpg"></a>
