HAPPY 46TH MICHAEL !!!

I've been a fan for seventeen years now, it started in 1991 when I went to see Aspects Of Love, mum got me the cassette and I was instantly drawn to his voice, I knew I had to find out more. At the time I was in hospital so his voice and the play was a great comfort to me.
Then there was Eurovision, I voted and was glad that One Step Out Of Time was the chosen song, I was then on tender hooks as the votes piled in and he said at the time;
"I'd rather stick pins in my eyes than go through that again !"

He came second. So many memories over this time but another thing I remember and it still makes me chuckle is when he won £10 on the lottery

After Seventeen years I finally went to see him in Hairspray and got to meet him after the show and it touched me how genuine, friendly, warm and caring he was
