TWO (Two Wheels Only) Magazine have something called the Inner City GP, which is basically where readers write in with a favourite route, something around the length of a GP lap, then the mag goes out and tests the route, and gives an idea of what might be a good lap time - oh, and warnings about potential hazards, like coppers, speed cameras, etc. etc...

I've always fancied having a go, but never found one close enough to me to do it... lol...

is it still a bike if it has a steering wheel, or is it dependant on the number of wheels??

yeah the really big one with the handles so big nobody but the giant at the top of the magic bean pole could reach, with the little guy sitting inside with a steering wheel.

Just wondered what defined a bike, the handles or the amount of wheels??

ok, as far as I know it deepends on way it is built, trikes have one wheel on the first axis and two ond the second axis. These three wheels are the main wheels, this monster bike is a bike because it has one wheel on each axis = two main wheels.
i don't know if it helps
