Wink two years ago ...

two years ago today I joined on this forum

It didnt feel like two years at all, and if I think back where I was two years ago and where I am now, it's quite a strange feeling.

Some of the things happening throughout the last 24 months:

- I was an 11th grade student when I signed up
- I finished school
- I travelled to London, three times
- I moved out from home
- I started uni
- I went to a lot of concerts/shows, which I didnt do before, including
-- Whistle down the Wind
-- Tanz der Vampire
-- Meat Loaf (four times, nearly five)
-- Marion Raven
- I've made a lot of great friends through this forum, and I'd have never expected to make such good friends through a website
- I met up with those great people (I wont put any names here, cause I'd surely forget somebody you all know who you are) two times
- I've humiliated myself on Karaoke night
- I'm on the best way to hit 10,000 posts
- with the exception of two months last summer, after I moved into my flat and didnt have internet access, I've never been off this forum for longer than four days.
- I grew long hair
- I bought a frilly shirt
- I've established the acronym RJ so good, that only a few know my real name
- Sounds cheesy, but I think I've matured a lot during those two years
- I've improved my English (blimey, those bloody fecking arseholes )
- I'm one of the few who's slept in Emma's bed
- And last but definitely not least: It was technically through this forum, that I first met the most important person in my life (and no, I'm not talking about Carl!)

So all in all this forum and the people on it were an important part of my life for the last two years, and influenced it big time. I'm pretty sure my life would be different today if I hadnt signed up 731 days ago.

I take this opportunity to thank you, my friends, very much from the heart for everything you've done for me over the last two years. I'm already looking forward to seeing you all again for one of the concerts in summer.

Personally I'd have thought sleeping in SamCat's bed was worth a mention

It's your fault I made those decissions and screwed up my life.
I could have made something of myself
Damn you.
Damn you all to hell

The first half is sarcasm, the second half is meant in a threatening, leering manner that says "I will murder you all with an axe as soon as I can get you all in the same room"

RJ

Glad you're still with us after two years RJ, hope you stick around for many more
