Default Calling academics

Hi. Was wondering if anyone can help me. I'm in my first year studying drama at University of Chester and have to write a case study about anything i want basically. But the thing i need help with is how to properly do a case study. i have some questions which continually bother me. case study methods involve an indepth examination of a single instance or event ie a case. theres more than one way to do a case study though, so what kind would you prefer to do firstly?
