My dream release for testify would be:

CD1: Enhanced

Testify Album Version
Testify Radio Version
Testify Dance Mix (Lets get meatinto clubs!!)
Testify Video

CD2:

Testify Album Version
Did I Say That Live Cologne
Couldn’t Have Said It Better Live Cologne

We need to different releases for it and let the public chose what one they want. Obvoiusly us fans will buy both!

Just a note to say that the ROL site is unavailable for the moment, including the Questionnaire page. In working on our security settings e have unfortunately locked everyone, including ourselves out!! Until our server can let us in I'm afraid we're stymied .. but we'll get everything up and running as soon as we can, so those wishing to complete the Questionnaire please chack back tomorrow and if necessary Monday.
Woops, my fault?
I didn't mean that you had to lock the entire site
Just that you might up the security.....

Are we only allowed to vote once or can we have multiple votes?

Just curious is all

Mercury want to know what each fan who takes part would like to see included on the new CD. My understanding is that each fan who participates will be entered once in the draw and that they will identify that through email address

We've put a two week deadline on the completion of forms. Whether Mercury will extend that or not I don't know, but I assume they will do the draw soon after the cut-off. I'll post any information I get here :)

I feel the need to speak up and inform you that your statements of opinion about someone being jealous are very misinformed - rather I would like to publically state that individuals are feeling very much violated and decieved by a false statement made by Caryl on not only this forum, but also to several Meat Loaf related mail lists. I have recieved several messages regarding this situation (to my e-mail, to my PM box here on the forum, as well as on the Instant Messenger programs). People are feeling NO FORM of jealousy. I think people are feeling decieved by the fact Caryl stated the results of the form were going straight to Mercury Records when in fact the results of the form were going straight to Caryl.

I would like to share a portion of the message I have sent out to a few people who have contacted me about this situation, which most have agreed with 100%.

I am ready for negative discussion to head my direction. I know that certain people will feel the need to lash out at me, but I stand firm in the fact that there was a vulgar display of deception on Caryl's part (which was retracted when myself, among other people were able to read her HTML code and find where the results of the form on her site were really going), and I am further confident in the fact that I am indeed "brave enough" to stand in a public forum and inform you that your statements about people being "jealous" are off base and unwarranted. People are feeling upset, hurt, and violated that someone with a website that claims to be as important as the Republic Of Loafdom would blatently decieve the entire Meat Loaf community in such a manner.

I would like to further commend whomever created the CHSIB World Tour Blog for stating an obvious irony in this whole RoL/Mercury Records situation.

I will now step down from my soap box and allow the chips to fall where they may. I know this will cause a heated discussion, and some individuals may feel are being singled out, but I feel that something needs to be said to bring the conversation into the right perspective.

David,
This little Dutch fishy is not getting into [shark-modus] and I'm not into the lashing-out business either, so you have nothing to fear from me
But... Caryl did say that she didn't have a direct link yet. And that she would mail the entries to Mercury right? So in that case it makes sense that the feedbackforms go back to ROL...

I don't feel decieved, I mean: I just can't believe some one would lie about having contact with a record company. That's just not logical in my view.

I have already explained that because we do not have a working email link for the form to Mercury the forms have been sent on to them. I have made this clear on the board. And anyone who had concerns could have written to ME and I would have expained. I hope to get this sorted out with Mercury on MOnday as I said. All the forms submitted so far have been sent to the Product Manager. The majority of people clearly do not share David Driskell's view.

I point out also he has not had the simple decency of writing to me about this. I will say not a further word about him .. frankly this kind of smear campaign is not worth responding to. At least I can sleep nights.

Thanks Guppie. I've only just seen your message. And Testify, sorry I ca't explain the thinking and behavious of some people. Just rest assured that this is a genuine request from Mercury's Project Mamnager, and that your forms will have been sent to him.

This was part of her retraction. If you read her original posting, you will see she said the results were going straight to Mercury's Product Manager. She said NOTHING about forwarding them to this individual.

Your replies go straight to Mercury's Product Manager
I did acknowledge that she stated a retraction to this statement. But, her first statement was inaccurate.

Oh and David .. the forms go to myself and Vicki, and will continue to do this even when we have the email link working to Mercury. And as I have already pointed out, the acknowledgements will continue to come from ROL as we host the form.

As to all these people you have emailed trying to stir up trouble, send me copies of their concers and I'll reply to each individually and ask Clive to respond to them if need be. Like I said before when you were conducting a campaign against me with the OIFC, hard evidence please.

This thing is way off topic and now nothing more than a battleground for personal attacks.
We don't need this here.
