Same here Megan
Although it wasn't officially released, my other favorite is from the
Welcome To The Neighborhood Beacon Theater Show

THats what i was going to say MSO is epic. I dont know whether its Meat just nailing those high notes or that he just seems to giver each song. Whatever it is, it always leaves me wanting more haha

I think that is the same version as the Live Around the world cd right?

If so that's my favourite, closely followed by the Live at the bottom line version from 1977

Nope. The LATW one was from Germany somewhere (allegedly ) I too really like the Beacon Theater one. As for officially released then probably Meat Loaf Live, although it's a shame the end has been trimmed.

I wouldn't believe the booklet for LATW especially since meat has since said that For crying out loud was a soundcheck, it sounds very similar to the Beacon theatre performance

IMHO It has to be MSO with LATW a very close second

Bat is such a dramatic song and the orchestral backing gives it that extra something that takes my breath away every time I hear it

There was also a clip of BOOH on youtube from Youngstown at the end of Casa De Carne.

A lot of it was cut out. But I was blown away by it. Having not heard the entire song, I dont want to comment but it will be on my super deluxe edition of HCTB so I shall repost at that time!

I love both of those too, but I think my fave is the MSO one, I love the orchestra with it

I like Meat's expressions on the storytellers version, especially the intensity for the last three "Like a bat out of hell" great to watch on the dvd

Anyone know if I can upload a straight mp3 to youtube? I have this version of BOOH (came with the 93 re-release of Bad Attitude) and, I promise you, it's like nothing you've ever heard before!!

(unless you've heard it before...)!

It was indeed, and it's the most amazing brutal vocal I've ever heard on Bat! Is there anywhere I can easily upload the mp3 to so you guys can check it out?

I'm not sure I can't find the booklet.. which is frustrating in itself. I can PM a link to you if you want to hear it?
