I personaly think the best version of bat out of hell is on the story tellers dvd

I was thinking the version on the MSO DVD ... I love hearing BOOH with the orchestra.

Okay - BOOH Live! I'm saying the version on Bad Attitude (no idea where or when that was recorded) and, anyone remember the Alive in Hell album?

BY the version on Bad Attitude do you mean the one on the Bad Attitude Live concert that was released on video? In which case it was recorded at Brixton Academy in 1985.

Or do you mean the live version that was released as a bonus "white label promo" single with one of the Bad Attitude single releases? Which was recorded on the Midnight Tour somewhere I think. That gets my vote.

My version of Bad Attitude (album) has 3 live tracks on the CD - um, think they are Paradise, two out of three, and Bat!

Personally I like the MSO version but that is simply because I love to hear the song performed with the orchestra.

I'm not struck on the Melbourne stuff myself. Anyone remember the live tracks on the Bat II picture show video? I think that's probably the definitive for me of all Meat's live stuff. I know BOOH isn't on there... just saying ;)
