Default Presentation Folder

Hi all,

I am getting ready to print out the Meat Fan Book and was wondering if anybody knows some suitable way of presenting it? I was going to do it in A5 and am looking for a nice looking book style binding that can hold all the pages.

Thanks for any ideas.

If you've got a decent stationers or printers (an independant one would be better than one of the big chain of copy shops)near you they may be able to help
