You had nothing to worry about, Meat. Absolutely nothing wrong with that, four hours of sleep or not

If a quarter of the album is going to be Jim songs now, it's going to be interesting to see how they fit with the rest of the songs stylistically, just because a song like Braver Than We Are is going to sound very out of place on an album like HiaHB. Welcome to the Neighbourhood II incoming?

I thought that was a great interview. A bit quick but excellent.
Looking forward to hearing more about yourself and jim :0) :0) wow, 3 more songs.
No need to worry there Meat. And you got to kiss Joanna Lumley too!!
By the way is there any news on the bbc documentary that was filmed? I think there was a picture on FB.
Any idea if or when it may be shown?
Take care buddy. ;0) see you in manchester.

Meat, I just watched the interview this morning, you were fine! You were funny and charming as usual, did the exclusive reveal well, came across really well I thought. Funny story about fight club.

Finally Meat, I think if you ever retire from music and acting you should just have some type of special role for motivating people! The way you was motivating JR to eat the jaffa cakes was brilliant and also hilarious! I loved that bit at the end lol

Anyway you were great as always, love ya

Meat,

I agree with everyone else, there was nothing wrong with the interview and you most certainly did not come across stupidly or whatever else it was that you were worrying about.

I thought it was lovely when you said how much you loved your fans in Ireland and the UK. We love you too Meat.

I wasn't a big fan of the host calling Jim 'stupid'.

He wasn't far off from the lazy comments though.

I only know of it's existence due to King of Queens tbh

It was a really great interview definitely would not have known you'd only had four hours sleep :)

I thought Meat gave a very good response to Jonathan re: "...is Jim just stupid or crazy....?" I think he also mentioned lazy. No he's an artist and he's slow. I thought you came across very well, tired yes, but very authentic.
That was the most painful looking outfit Cher wore in Dead Ringer.

I'm surprised more people aren't hoping for an entirely new Jimmy song or two. I know it might not be particularly likely, but still.

I hope for
Braver than we are
We're still the children
What part of my body hurts the most
and more but would be happy with any Jim songs.
I heard Markus do # 2, 3 on youtube and he did a wonderful job.

All I'm hoping for is an album that I will enjoy.

I realise that some people might not share my point of view but Jim Stienman's involvement with the new album doesn't make any difference to my excitement for it. If it's a Meat Loaf album then I'm going to be excited for it's release regardless of who wrote the songs.

I agree. I'm happy for everyone that has been hanging out to hear this, and I'm definitely happy for Meat and Jim, but to me it makes me neither more or less excited... I'll look forward to it and love it all the same :)

That's what I'd be hoping for. Surely that's why it will take the time? It's a new album, could be the last collaboration we hear .. bring on something new and exciting that's really worthy of Meat and Jim working together again, and brings together Jim's brilliant composing and Meat's current style. I hope it's very likely

But whatever it is .. for me it will be Meat, so I will look forward to it and love it, and for Meat it will be something special from these two men who Adler said belong together, and very, very important to him both artistically and emotionally. That bond is clearly something that is rooted in his soul and means the world to him. That's why it means a lot to me.
