Would LOVE it if Meat did a few gigs in a theatre in London- Just book it out for a couple of weeks (Apollo is Shaffesbury avenue is a popular one for these types of shows), comedians and others do it a lot. Storytellers like show. No touring just the same place. I am pretty confident people would travel to see this - I mean if I could afford to do Vegas I would.

Sorry if this question has been asked/answered before but does this mean that Meat won't be recording any more? I've really enjoyed the last few albums so was hoping to hear a few more. Im sorry to hear that it sounds like these will be the final few shows, im hoping to get to one of the shows on this tour (funds permitting) but got a feeling i'll miss out

question for fireball: Would you ever consider doing a fan club only show? a small club/theatre acoustic show where only fan club member attend?

Although I would gladly lose a limb in exchange for that show going ahead, there's no way to prove who's a fanclub member any more. Years back when it was a paid club everyone had proof of membership but with it just being the forums now I don't suppose there'd be any way of doing anything "fanclub only" again.

All that said Mr Loaf, if you want to go ahead and do that show anyway I'm sure we can find a way to make it work

i belive Meat said he is stopping the big world tours but carry on recording :)

What about a lottery type thing where meat picks a number of members at random or only members who have been registered the longest?

But its clear that those that have been a member of the fan club the longest have met Meat Loaf more than others, I'm not dissing anyone and will go for what every Mr Loaf decides but I think its only fair to let those that haven't had the chance to meet him get the chance too or a close enough experience of been in his presence.
