I think the confussion for some who started watching "Piers Morgan Tonight" is that the first 30mins was the news part of his show, and the second half was the interview with Meat.

The only disappointment I have is... I now have to "like" something about Peirs Morgan... GGGRRR... LOL :) Now that I've found out through this interview, that he's quite the Meat Loaf fan.

For those who didn't get to see it, I posted the interview on my Facebook page. I apologize for the quality, but I wanted to try to keep the file small.

Never watched him on his USA show, but he's done a series of interviews with celebrities here, and he seems to be quite the fan of all of them Jeanie .. Any time you feel disappointed, just remember the gutter papers he managed, and that he's sitting pretty weasling out of any culpability or knowledge of phone hacking

And thanks Suzie for a tantalising account of the interview I had no doubt Meat would come out of it well .. he would be more than a match for Piers even had the latter been tempted to try and get the better of him Although as I say, Piers is an entirely different kettle of fish as far as I've seen when he's interviewing those with more talent and fame than himself. Perhaps it's one thing I can give him credit for .. He is enough of a journalist to understand that when one is interviewing a popular personality on TV the audience want to hear from that personality, not watch someone simply screwing them into the ground!

And if anyone finds a link to the whole interview which is available to all to watch, please post here as I'd love to see this, and don't have Sky channels

Thanks for the link Vicki, what a great interview. I agree with Jeanie, now I have to like Piers. I loved how Meat said he would never walk out of an interview but would argue with them instead. That's our man.

just realized: because that woman walked off, it deducted interview time with meat so pierce could show a walk-off montage.

Was finally able to watch. Wonderful interview!

I have to tell this quick story though. On the clip, whenever music started China, my Goffin's Too, would get all excited. She adores Meat! Music would stop and she'd get all put-out.

She's so bad that when I play the Q&A videos she gets all worked up and expects music with them!

Corvair is a Chevy product made in the 60's. Rear engine, really small, crappy car. I don't recall if Meat said it was a 2 or 4 door car he was in but they sucked. (And I like Chevy, lol)

ETA: Yes, there were bigger ones but most I knew of were coupes

Bummer, I am with Sky not Virgin, pleased that Vicki has managed to put it on here for those that missed it.
