Definitely Patti's voice. On Pearl's version of the song, she doesn't sound anything like this.

I thought meat/patti version of Whore was ok but my fravorite songs that meat loaf and patti did was id lie for you and thats the truth. and is nothing sacred and What about love. they are my fravorite meat loaf and patti duets
