On My Space is it possible to subscribe or unsubscribe from the Bulletin Space? It's a great feature but there's always one idiot that fills it with spam, can I chose whose bulletins I can see?

I've started to delete the spam idiots and those that send the "repost or death will befall you" rubbish, the bulletin box goes rather quiet after that lol

Ok, if you go to the "Friend's" page you can block them, I assume this means they cant contact you in bulletins or otherwise.
