From one skinter to another after paying out £1,000 for a new kitchen roof today

the guy who had been working on the bungalow for the previous occupants said he had tried to cure this leak, shame he didn't succeed

and that he didn't bother to tell us first, we might have been able to re-negoiate the asking price then, on top of all the other bits we have had to replace, wiring etc, fuse box, etc.,

grumble, grumble

Um thats me finished now - sorry about that folks, Christmas is coming not

Is there also a "past" verb for it?? like: skound. I was skound a long time ago hahahah. Or is it then, i was skinned... no that is something different hhahaah.

Well they were going to bring in a sellers pack, whereby you had to admit all faults, but thats been shelved for the time being, I suppose when it comes down to it, you pays your money and takes your chance

Feeling a lot happier though this morning, the smells gone from out in the kitchen, thought there might have been a body under the kitchen roof or floor

lived with that for 3 months, not nice.

Went out for a lovely evening with roy last night, drinky poos at local pub, and then on to a nepalese meal, all within walking distance to!!! lovely jubbly!!!! 1 bottle of scotch later, no hangover too and the sun is shining too, yes I'm
