Hello Out there Loaf fans

Does anybody know what "The Park" is ?
It is listed on several websites (including
mine) and says Meat Loaf portrays Bummer.
I am suspecting it is an independent film
which never got released. Has anyone got
any other info on the film ?

I am the owner of a small , non-spectacular
website pertaining to Meat Loafs onscreen
career. Has anyone heard of it ? I made it
basically for anyone who needs help finding
info on a particular movie or TV credit of
