Aww she is so damn cute!
It upsets me how people can be so cruel, animals have feelings just as much as humans and they have more or less the same emotions though they can't express them as well as human's can. It breaks my heart when I see any cruelty towards an animal. Belle looks gorgeous and I'm glad she was saved.

I sadly do not have any pets now but I did have;
2 Guinea Pigs
1 Budgie and
1 fish

At some point.

My dog, Sheba, died just about 2 years ago now. I got her when I was 9 (she was almost 16 when she died) and I still miss the wee mutt like crazy!

I have 4 cats (it was an accident).

Hamburglar (Burgy - 3 legs and less brain cells) and Cynthia (Cyn, psycho-cat from hell), brother and sister, both tortured kittens, adopted by a vet, then kicked out of home. I didn't name them.

Motorail Checker (Check) and Mac (Dickhead), a mother and son, the mother who was a stray that was constantly kicked, had rocks thrown at her, shot by kids, etc, and her young kitten... when the guys in my workplace decided to poison them or beat them to death, I grabbed the pair and ran.

Oh, and 2 swallows on the back porch, Freddy and Franny, who spend their time annoying Mac and Burgy.

One husband, no fish.

We have a 7 year old Collie/Lab cross called Abbey (see avatar) and a 13 week old kitten called Meat Loaf. (He gets called other names too when he's clawing up our trouser legs WHILE WE'RE STILL WEARING THEM )

I had a really cool Boxer dog, amazing he was, but we had to put him down last year due to a heart problem. A year later and we've just got our second Boxer, absolutely stunning to look at but oh dear God he's a pain in the ass!

Here's Rocco - an 8 month old Miniture Pinscher/Terrier mix. We adopted him from the pound on July 25th after our dog Woody died. Didn't want to get another dog so soon but I couldn't resits that face!!

Here he is with his "pack-mates" Jake and Niko (my puppies):

Hubby & I are owned by our 6yr old "pomeranian". Her name is "Brandy", and she's the smartest dog I've ever had... we are retired now, but I used to do obedience trials with her, when she was younger.

She is 3.8lbs of orange/sable fluff. She also believes, that she is a "princess", and we are her servants. LOL

Actually now that I think of it, we have a ghecko (sp?) which appears to have taken up residence in our place. He/she is very shy though.

Adorable little thing. We've found it'll normally leave us alone if we stay at least ten or so feet away and feed it neighbourhood cats every few days.
