Default MSO...or Storytellers?

Now that we´ve compared almost every comparable album, let´s come to the DVDs.

MSO or Storytellers?

I must say that both got their good sides, Storytellers is interesting to watch, but MSO is just...whoa!
Thatswhy...my choice is Meat Loaf Live with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra!

I, too, am a bit torn between them. But for overall live concert representation of Meat, and the use of orchestra, then MSO wins over.

MSO Just because the start of it is better than the start to storytellers imo

Am also torn between them both but if I had to make a choice I would choose MSO because I love the way they perform CHSIB.

As I haven't seen Storystellers yet because I'm a poor student and not able to buy all the Meat stuff I like to have I can't judge it, so I'm undecided, but Storystellers will have diffuculties to top MSO when I see it, because I simply love the concert!

Storytellers and MSO are completely different gigs in completely different settings. It's a bogus poll if you ask me, but since no one asked me I'm saying, "it's a bogus poll"

Sure, but that makes the choice so difficult...
And:
I started this poll, because that are the only two concert DVDs Meat has done.

If the time comes, you can start a MSO vs. RAH poll...Mr Pudding, but up to now that´s the best we can compare.
Still better than comparing...let me see...Fight Club to Midnight at the lost and found eh?

Just because they're the only shows Meat has on DVD doesn't make it reason enough to do a comparison.IMO

I kind of agree with Pudding. We are comparing apples with oranges with these choices, and it's an unfair comparison.

However, I chose MSO over Storytellers because the entertainment value was far better on MSO for someone like myself who prefers loud music over jovial banter. Having said that, I have to admit to being addicted to Lawyers, Guns and Money from the Storytellers DVD.

Another comparison of similar DVD events would be great. We can but hope that eventuates.

I can't choose ... IMO they're completely different concerts, and it's like comparing apples to oranges. Both concerts and DVDs are perfect in their own ways, and I enjoy both of them equally

Because it only features on the Concert CD as opposed to the DVD.

I agree with some here, I do not see any point comparing these DVDs. Storytellers is a very specific format (one I find a bit boring to be honest) but Meat did a great job I thought and there were some funny bits in it.
I would have preferred a Meat Loaf unplugged DVD or something like that.

I gotta agree with everyone who says it's unfair to compare these...........................Saying that I'll say Storytellers but only because my mate was at the MSO one and called me when For Crying Out Loud was on..............I'm still in therapy!!!!!!!

See you all at the Albert Hall!!!!!!

I have to disagree here. The 'All Revved Up' start to Storytellers is awesome. My favourite Meat Loaf live intro.
