Default Cover songs at live shows

Meat sang Black Betty during his summer 2005 tour, a song which he sang perfectly and I really enjoyed.

Why do you think he sang it? Is it edgier?

What other 'cover' would you like to hear him do live?

I think he sang it cause he can sing very fast, and the song is a fast song. besides that it has a bombastic style. I think he just likes the song.

I'd agree he sang it because he really likes the song, a good foot tapping get-off-your-ass-and-dance type song, but I wouldn't call it bombastic.

No it isn't but it definitely has some bombastic ingredients.

Depends what your idea of what bombastic is I suppose. I think we'll have to agree to disagree on that one.

Default Black Betty Rocked!

Meat played Black Betty as the third song at the Harewood House gig and it
was amazing. I wasn't expecting it and it blew me away.
I've been searching for a version that he might have included on a live cd
but, as of yet, no luck.

Better than the original, for me yes because it's by Meat!

I would love to hear Meat sing Hotel California, with Randy and Paul blazing out the guitar bits throughout the song. And Free Bird for the same reason.
