 Sorry to drag this off topic but,Dottie, can you not post events on the calander? There are no restrictions, so you shouldn't have any problems adding dates to the calander. If you have a problem posting events on the calander, throw me a PM tommorow (well, today ) and i'll try and get you up and running too tired right now to think Bren, the calander is located in the top tool bar.Top right next to "groups" I've sent a sugestion (otherwise know as dumb ass idea of the day  ) to R. concerning the calander that "could" be useful .Don't know if the forum software would suport such a scheme, but i'm sure our webmaster can find a way round it  Anyway, back on topic (makes a change round here  ) I won't say the HB words until Monday, but have a great one all the same Lynne
