Found a very rare Meat-song in the net: "Thrashin'" from an 80's movie with same name. Sounds like recorded in the "Blind before I stop"-sessions. Is there someone in the community who knows more about it ?

yes, I've heard, I believe there is a post on it somewhere hear.
it is a good track, nothing too special, and it does sound like it was around BBIS. |

this is all I could find:
THRASHIN' Performed by Meat Loaf Written by Larry Lee, Alan Sacks and Jodi Sacks-Micheli Opening song from the motion picture "Thrashin’" "All the hip 80s bands are here, like... Meat Loaf? Yup, the one and only Meat Loaf is here to fill a dip in his career by singing the title track, with all the shameful rockin’ flamboyance he can muster. (And oh, those lyrics: “Tearin’ up today / Thrashin’ USA!” Genius." |
