Default Music out of a meat song

My fave music from a meaty song has to be the music in hot patootie. Very very good, that back music that sounds quite electric, very nice. EDDIE, give me that jacket and bike...

I love eddies jacket. once i tried to make my leather jacket look somehow like his by pinning a few chains to it, but i had to take them off

Meat Loaf's original jacket was re-possessed in the 80s, so God knows who has it. ROCKY HORROR have lost one of their historical items.

I've got the Rocky Horror 25th anniversary DVD. On it is an interview with Meat who shows the original jacket and says he owns it!

That's a lie, according to this EXCERPT from his bigraphy, Part 4: Our First Day in Hell:

At that point, we were given twenty-four hours or so to get our stuff out of Riverside Drive. My ROCKY HORROR jacket and boxes of family photographs were all in the basement. I never saw any of those things again

So, what do you have to say about THAT???

I think the jacket from that DVD's a fake.

But Meat is also telling a lot of b*llsh*t every now ansd then and i think a lot of things said in the book are not true or not completely true or just Meat's version of history. It is not a bible you know.

Wll maybe not exactly a lie but you know, just Meat's version of history and i think he has a very bad memory for dates and names and these kind of details in the past.

Have you considered that perhaps it was repossesed during the dark financial days of the 80's, and since the autobiography perhaps Meat has been given (and taken) the opportunity to get the jacket back somehow?

in his autobiography Meat says that he lost his rocky horror jacket, but he never actually specified which jacket was lost, the one mentioned in the book might of been a tour jacket from the stage production, or a crew jacket from the movie.
this would explain the differences in the stories.

on the DVD he shows some crashed parts of the chains and a missing metal star (or something like that). He mentions that it probably got lost during the crash with the motorcycle while making the film.
I think only Meat can give us the true answer and it's no use in discussing this endlessly

Meat has always been a very inventive person...

People who are in charge of the stage/set wardrobe have ALWAYS more than 1 outfit for each character, just in case.
