I remember it was right before 9/11. Meat was doing 2 shows in Atlantic City before doing the NOTP, and I went to the first one. It was an amazing night because, not only was the show excellent, it was also the first time I got to meet him

My only complaint was that the show was at Caesar's casino .... it was table seating, and we had to seat in the upper balcony in the back while the high rollers got comp tickets down by the stage Thankfully all of the casinos have regular seating now

Exactly. But in Wario's world, maybe the Netherlands have become the 51st state?

German TV or not, we can agree the performance Kicks major ass.

a little trivia relating to this show:

It was aired twice. On German TV and on VH1.

VH1 substituted Took the words with a mimed version of Is Nothing Sacred.

On German TV you guys got took the words.

Wario, you could easily fill a 1000 page book with random Meat performance broadcast trivia.

You're really lucky that this isn't a soccer forum.

We didn't get anything on German TV as it was NOT shown on German TV. The Netherlands and Germany are two different countries.

But you're right about the two versions. As far as I remember the RTL 4 version also did not include the "back stories" of the VH1 broadcast.
