Platinum awards

Hi,

I am selling two original Meat Loaf platinum awards for the sale of more than two and more than three million copies of Bat out of Hell II in the USA.

The awards were presented by the RIAA (Record Industry Association of America) in december 1993. Every RIAA award is listed in a searchable database

The "R"-Holograms denote authenticity.

RIAA-awards are the most collectible kind of awards. They all feature the RIAA Logo and they are all authorized by the RIAA.

Found here:

"This style of Awards were manifactured from 1990 - 1997. For this format, the traditional RIAA logo was replaced with a large "R" in a hologram pattern. All size and style restrictions were relaxed, giving the record companies more freedom in choosing a design for a particular Award."

Currently there is another Booh II award offered at a huge internet auction place for $2500. Please ask for the link - unfortunately I can't post it here.

Btw the quadruple platinum award has the hologram on the left side again.

I sell the awards seperately.

Hi,

I just set the award on a big internet auction plattform with 1€ starting price. you only need to put .de behind the name so you can find the right site.

yes, the double platinum award is still available.

Such awards are presented to people who work in the music industry and are involved in the albums production and success. So very few people get these awards. These awards are the ones you see at the artists walls in their homes. Btw, Meat doesn't hang them up, he stores them in his garage.
