Well, it does somewhat echo Russian system of education...so once you've explained, I got it...I thought both Lucy and Heli are already in the University and not just starting this year...

Ahhh...for that you just have to know American student loan system...

That one is a real beauty once you figured it out...which basically you don't until you start getting bills to pay those loans back.
